Refund Policy of Bon - Cuisine

  1. You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on our digital platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
    1. In case of transaction failure because of any technical or Internet connectivity issues, Bon-Cuisine back end team shall verify, investigate and get assured that the amount has been received to Bon-Cuisine and order has not been executed successfully.
    2. In case of incorrect order served by the Vendor, the Customer can liaise with the Vendor only and get the same rectified.
    3. If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed we cannot issue any refund. If the food has been discarded or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any refund.
    4. Due to unavailability of menu item(s) ordered and confirmed by Vendor unknowingly or by mistake, in such case vendor(s) shall reject the order and the order value shall get credited to the customer Bon-Cuisine App Wallet.
    5. Any quality issues can be reported to vendor(s) and refund can be claimed for the order by requesting the vendor to reject the particular order(s). The order value shall get credited to the consumer Bon-Cuisine app wallet.
  2. The amount of refund shall be credited into Bon-Cuisine app wallet or on request from the Customer in the transacted bank account. For cash refund, it shall be sole discretion of Bon – Cuisine to honor such request.
  3. Maximum liability for a refund should be less than or equal to the value of order(s) placed at the Bon-Cuisine App.
  4. In case of Exit from the system / app, the consumer app wallet balance can be refunded to the bank on a written request to [email protected].
  5. Refund may take up to 7-days from the date of transaction and shall be carried out only with the required information like consumer - Mobile no., E-mail ID, bank statement in which transaction is visible must be shared by the consumer.
  6. In case of any fraud while transacting on Bon-Cuisine App, there would be zero liability to Bon-Cuisine as the transaction will take place at a reputed third-party payment gateway and Bon-Cuisine would not have responsibility or liability to compensate any value.
